Our story

We may not be the oldest bakery in the UK, but we certainly can call upon many years of experience of our bakers. Established in 2022 in Wiltshire, our state of the art facility allows us to produce quality products at scale, using the full array of ingredients available to us in the South West. Our ethos is very much local with a full national and international reach. We bake because we enjoy it.

Ingredients

Our location gives us access to some of the best ingredients. We try, wherever possible, to source locally grown ingredients.

We can bake to volume using our state of the art facilities whilst still retaining the traditional arts of baking.

Sustainability​

We acknowledge our responsibility as a ethical business to continue to develop in as sustainable way as possible. Minimising waste and utilising a range of environmentally friendly practices. Parts of the business have moved to solar energy production as part of this initiative.
